Our Warranty

Our goal is to see all of our customers satisfied with their purchase. Lifeinitaly/Frescoarte creates all of its products with an extreme attention to detail. After all, customer satisfaction is the backbone of our business: a happy customer guarantees "word of mouth" advertising and that kind of free promotion is priceless to any company!


Our Return Policy

Portfolio works

If you have purchased a fresco from our portfolio, Frescoarte offers you a Money Back Guarantee within five (5) days from receiving the piece.

Once the piece is received, the customer has five (5) calendar days to notify Frescoarte of his/her intention to return it. B&B Affreschi has to be notified in writing, by emailing the company webmaster, Paolo Nascimbeni. Upon reception of the piece, the customer has then ten (10) calendar days to proceed with the physical return of it to Frescoarte. 

All shipping expenses will be the customer's responsibility. The customer has also the duty to insure the package for the entire amount of its paid value. Once we receive the fresco and are happy with its state of integrity, Lifeinitaly/Frescoarte will credit your Bank Account with the full price paid for the fresco. 


Personalized Frescoes
